The novel 2008 award, with a prize of 5,000 Euro, will
be presented for the best scientific manuscript in the field
of dynamic pressure distribution analysis. The paper must
be
entirely original, not published at the time of the meeting
in
any journal nor submitted for publication to any journal or
book. The paper must describe a scientific study including
pressure distribution measurement. Deadline for submission
of abstracts is March 31, 2008. Six of these abstracts will
be
nominated for the novel award by May 1, 2008.
The nominated authors will be requested to send a full length
(25
pages maximum, double spaced) paper by June 15, 2008 and will
present the paper at the meeting in an approx. 30 minute talk.
The review of the papers will be conducted by a prominent
panel of experts. The novel award will be presented to the
winner at the banquet. The general abstract instruction to

2. Poster and Presentation
awards
Abstracts for poster and presentation awards in the field
of
pressure distribution measurements not participating in
the novel award must be submitted by March. 31, 2008.
Participants will be informed of acceptance of presentations
by May 1, 2008. Awards for the Best Poster and Best
Presentation will also be presented. Each award will be
to the value of 500 Euro.
Size of posters
The poster should be in A0 (841 x 1189 mm) format with
the text not smaller than font size 32.
The title and authors with affiliations should be clearly
shown.
The poster should then be broadly divided into the sections:
Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusions.
